Free 30 minute sound bath meditation at the Nashville Public Library. This is a weekly class, every Wednesday at 11:30am. We are in the third floor commons room at the main branch. Come relax and unwind while listening to beautiful live sound healing music.

Please arrive a few minutes early. It's best to park in the parking garage attached to the library and drive all the way up to level three or four.
