    A free sound bath at the downtown, Nashville public library from 11:30-12pm. All ages welcome. In the first floor, gallery room. We just ask that small children are kept at a calming energy during class for a tranquil experience.NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. 🌸 no class on 3/27

Milly has a great calming voice that helped during the class. I was able to fall into a deep meditative state.
