Sound Bath Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any sound-bath service or event provided by Milly Roze / Roze Sound Alchemy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Nature of the Service Sound-bath services are music-guided meditations and relaxation experiences intended to support mindfulness, reflection, and general well-being. Sessions may include vocal sound, singing bowls, instruments, and other sound elements. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims Sound-bath & Reiki services are holistic and non-medical in nature. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or physical condition. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or therapeutic care. Personal Responsibility & Participation Participation is voluntary. You acknowledge responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after participation. You agree to listen to your body and to discontinue participation if you experience discomfort. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that sound, vibration, relaxation, and meditation experiences may result in physical sensations or emotional responses. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Milly Roze / Roze Sound Alchemy, including its owner, facilitators, contractors, and affiliates, from any claims, demands, injuries, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds Payment is required to reserve a booking or event space. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds are provided for missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend an event. If a session or event is canceled by the facilitator, a refund or credit will be issued.
